If you are a lover of romantic figure paintings then you will want to join us this brand new introductory course on how to paint figures into a romantic setting.
We start the course off by looking at how to get the right proportions for figures using a time tested approach.
Using charcoal or pencil we show you how to start practising doing simple figure drawings to get a feel for the proportions of the body and how to place figures in the right locations.
From there we progress to doing a basic values sketch in paint of a figure study:
And then we move into painting the figure in colour before then doing a final painting of the colour figure in a landscape setting.
Everything is taught in a step by step fashion with each lesson building on the previous one. If you follow along and do each exercise then you will build both your knowledge and skill level progressively. And it doesn't matter what level of painter you are right now you can easily follow along with this introductory course.
